Phase I – Introductory Level Course
This class meets the standards of training required by the State of Florida to attain a concealed weapons permit. The class places a heavy emphasis on safety and Florida State Statutes as they relate to the use of force and the use of deadly force.

Phase I – Introductory Level Course ” BY APPOINMENT ONLY” Call First!
You don’t learn how to handle a firearm on the range, you learn in a classroom. There are 7 fundamentals of marksmanship that we will bring together from the ground up. We also need to expect the worst and provision for it. Murphy’s law always rears its head in a gunfight. So we will teach you how to react to these situations instinctively. Not only will we rehearse the DANCE or the choreography of the gunfight, we will bring it all together though REPETITIONS!! And lots of them. So expect a workout! And expect results! Required Equipment: Handgun, approx. (50 rounds of lead-free frangible ammunition SUPPLIED), eye and ear protection. Firearm rentals are an additional $25. Ear and eye protection are provided.

Phase I – III – These four-hour course blocks are designed for civilians, Law Enforcement and security contractors who already have a significant amount of training and regular practice. Phase I, although described for beginners, does not mean brand new shooters. You must already be able to handle, function and fire a pistol well in order to be remotely effective. So don’t jump in over your head. Statistics show that the real world dynamics of a confrontation are: The fight will be at close range; there could be more than one adversary; low-light confrontation is very likely; and most importantly, you may be totally unprepared – not expecting a fight. In this course, you will learn how to prepare effectively in order to handle the effects of combat stress, both psychologically and physiologically. We will start a conditioning process – by way of stress inoculation – to improve your survivability and decision-making ability under stressful conditions, and finally, we will make you aware of the existing legal self-defense parameters and thus reduce your potential legal liability.
Required Equipment: This class utilizes non-lethal training weapons only, which are provided to the student. A paintball mask/helmet, hooded sweatshirt, and gloves are necessary.
Recommended Equipment: Hat, knee pads, elbow pads, sunglasses, sunblock, water and snacks.
Phase I – Introductory Level Course
This class is specifically designed for women who own a firearm and have a CCW. Students receive one-on-one firearms training to enhance and improve their knowledge and skill set. This course includes reviewing safety procedures, shooting fundamentals, malfunctions, drawing from a concealable holster, barricade shooting, positional and shooting on the move. This is specifically designed for the beginner or advanced female shooter who has a valid State issued Concealed Carry privilege. Phase II – Intermediate Level Course
This class is designed for the handgun enthusiast that wants to take their firearm training to the next level. The course includes reviewing safety, nomenclature, shooting fundamentals, marksmanship, malfunctions, movement, drawing from a holster (open & concealed), weak-hand shooting, positional and barricade shooting, and shooting at moving targets. Required Equipment: Handgun, two magazines, approx. 300 rounds of ammunition, concealable or open carry handgun holster that attaches to a belt, eye and ear protection. Revolver shooters need 2 speed loaders.

Phase II – Intermediate Level Course [Concealed Carry Weapon Skills Development Flyer]
This course is designed for civilians and security contractors who already have concealed handgun permit privileges and are looking to sustain and improve their skill-set in those tactics needed to safely, quickly, and efficiently deploy their handgun from concealment. This class will offer the student a variety of training, including shooting from the concealed carry position with a handgun, close quarters combat, use of cover, barricade shooting, positional shooting, shooting on the move, defensive shooting, advanced point shooting, malfunction clearing, and combat reloads. They will also shoot at moving targets and trained in identifying threatening vs. non-threatening targets, verbal challenges and best practices. Phase III – Advanced Level Course
This 4-hour course is designed for civilians, Law Enforcement and security contractors who already have a significant amount of training and regular practice. This is not a beginners course. Most shootings occur in low light/night fire situations. Many who have trained in the day, are not necessarily prepared for the night. Learn how to shoot at a back-lighted target, front-lighted target, also with the assistance of a flashlight and or weapon light. This class will reinforce the students training including shooting from the concealed carry positions, close quarters combat at night, use of cover, barricade shooting, positional shooting, shooting on the move, defensive shooting, advanced point shooting, malfunction clearing, and combat reloads all in the dark and weak handed shooting. They will also shoot at moving targets and trained in identifying threatening vs. non-threatening targets, verbal challenges, and best practices. THIS CLASS IS MUST FOR ANYONE WHO CARRIES A HANDGUN IN FLORIDA!
Required Equipment: Handgun, weapon light or handheld flashlight, two or 3 magazines, approx. 300 rounds, concealable handgun holster that attaches to a belt, eye, and ear protection. Revolver shooters need 2 speed loaders.
Recommended Equipment: Night sights on your pistol, magazine pouches, brimmed hat, knee pads, water, and snacks. back up light and batteries.
Phase I – 2 Day, 16 hours Comprehensive Course
Taught by a licensed USCG Captain and former Naval Combat Medic with over 20 years experience, Tactical U’s Combat Medic Training for Civilians classes will remove the mystery out of emergency medicine by teaching you how to effectively utilize the components of a medical kit and mitigate potentially life-threatening injuries. EMS talks about the golden hour, We want to teach you about the Golden Minute (those first 60 seconds that make the difference whether we live or die). We are going to provide you with the skill-set and confidence to survive an emergency situation, whether in a civilian or tactical environment. Phase I – Introductory Level Course [Introduction To Tactical Rifle Flyer]
This is Phase-one of rifle training… This course is offered to AR-15, AK-47 and other assault rifle enthusiast, seeking to enhance their skills. You will receive hands on training from current and retired Certified Law Enforcement SWAT & Firearms Instructors. The course includes gun safety, rifle nomenclature, ballistics, trajectory, shooting fundamentals, zeroing, maintenance and cleaning. Learn how to zero your rifle, conduct marksmanship, malfunction, reloading drills, fire from barricades, move and shoot, shoot from barricades, identify challenge and shoot moving targets, shoot from various positions.

Phase III – Advanced Level Course [Advanced Tactical Rifle Flyer]
This is Phase-two of your Assault Rifle training. You must first complete our Introduction to Assault Rifle course, to attend. If you want to advance your skills with an assault rifle, this course is for you. Now you know some techniques, let enhance them. 4 hours on the range you will complete a series of load and reload, malfunction clearing, shoot from barricades, move throughout several courses of fire and identify targets ( some moving), and conduct transition to sidearm drills. Required Equipment: Semiautomatic “assault” style rifle, two magazines, approx. 300 rounds, eye and ear protection, cleaning kit, handgun (secondary weapon) and holster, 50 rounds of ammunition.

These courses focus on developing the basic skills Phase I, all the way through to advanced Phase III, necessary to safely utilize a precision scoped rifle. If you are not sure where you fit in, we offer private as well. We guage the private around an assessment to see where you are, and where we need to pick up from. Whether you are a civilian or high-speed operator, learn the Best Practical precision rifle techniques today. Students will learn to apply precision shooting skills under a variety of conditions. These courses are foundational, which will give students the necessary skills and confidence to employ a sniper rifle in most any environment. We will cover the skills to teach you how understand your rifle, hit small targets at long distances with precision and ease. This course is taught at Homestead Training Center Miami, Florida by active Sniper Instructors with current real world overseas experience in both maritime and land based operations.

These classes will take the student through the basic shotgun handling all the way through to tactical principals in the use of a shotgun as a defensive weapon. This class will consist of a classroom portion covering safety, shooting fundamentals, marksmanship, loading and downloading, and maintenance. The range portion covers marksmanship drills, buckshot drills, slug drills, and immediate action drills. Required Equipment: Shotgun, approx. 100 rounds of 12 gauge buckshot, Approx. 15 rounds slug, eye, and ear protection.

Phase III – ADVANCED!!!
Vehicle Dynamics Course
Defensive Pistol Vehicle Operations
The Tactical Pistol Vehicle Defense Course was designed to build on the shooters execution of the fundamentals and safety rules in an environment outside the classic square range. During the Tactical Pistol Vehicle Defense Class students will learn to develop tactics and techniques to successfully fight or defend themselves in, out and around a vehicle. The TTPs, tactics, techniques and procedures covered during this course will give the shooter the knowledge and skills to react to any situation while in and around a vehicle.
Phase IV – Professional Operator Level Course
This class has been designed for Florida State licensed “C” Private Investigators and “D” Security officers who have a “G” Statewide Carry license. You are required under Florida Statute § 493 to attend 4 hours a year and pass both course of fire and written exams for renewal of license.
