About The Event

HANDGUN FUNDAMENTALS – THE BEGINNING

This is an entry level handgun class designed for the shooter with no formal or minimal handgun training. This course will progress the shooter through the basic skills necessary to properly and safely handle and deploy a handgun in an efficient and effective manner. The course material will emphasize the core fundamentals of marksmanship and other critical, but often overlooked skill sets. WATCH this student as he is personally instructed on trigger control.

Required Equipment

  • A functional and practical handgun
  • Proper belt/ handgun holster and magazine pouches
  • 3 working magazines
  • 300 Rounds

Recommended Equipment

  • Ear and Eye protection
  • Bug spray and sunblock
  • Food and water
  • Clothing suited for strenuous activity as well as being seasonally appropriate(Not tank tops or flip flops) Brimmed hat
  • An open mind
