Pistol Training

You don’t learn how to handle a firearm shooting on the range, you learn in a classroom or in a dry environment. There are seven fundamentals of marksmanship that we will bring together from the ground up. We also need to expect the worst and provision for it.

This class meets the standards of required training by the State of Florida to attain a concealed weapons permit. The class places a heavy emphasis on safety, as well as Florida State Statutes as they relate to the use of force and the use of deadly force. CWL / CCW / CWP / CHL Offered in South Florida, covering Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County.

This is an entry–level handgun class designed for the shooter with no formal, or minimal, handgun training. This course will teach the shooter through the basic skills necessary to properly, and safely, handle and deploy a handgun in an efficient and effective manner. The course material will emphasize the core fundamentals of marksmanship and other critical, but often overlooked skill sets.

This course is designed to give the the developing shooter the core fundamentals necessary to efficiently operate a handgun under stress. Starting with mindset and attitude, the shooter will learn the core handgun fundamentals necessary to efficiently operate a handgun under stress. Starting with mindset, the class focuses on acceptable accuracy under dynamic stress, and how to effectively balance speed and accuracy with proper weapon manipulation during a real world encounter.

This class begins with a review of the core fundamentals of tactical handgun marksmanship. Next, this phase II course progresses to real-world gunfighting skills, as well as the integration of defensive pistol and hand-to-hand combat skills.

In this course you will learn how to prepare effectively in order to handle the effects of combat stress, both psychologically and physiologically. We will then start a conditioning process – by way of stress inoculation – to improve your survivability and decision making ability under stressful conditions.

What would you do if you were suddenly and violently attacked? Most of us wonder how we would really act under high-stress and potentially deadly situations. This course is designed to prepare students for real-world acts of violence, criminal encounters and other unexpected, sudden attacks.

Prepare for one of the most dangerous criminal scenarios, the home invasion. During this tactical self-defense course you will learn to apply the proven fundamentals of armed close quarters combat (CQC) within the walls of your home or place of business.

This four-hour course is designed for civilians, law enforcement and security contractors who have a significant amount of tactical training and regularly practice. It’s critical to understand that 80 percent of all information that the brain receives is acquired through sight.

The Tactical Pistol Vehicle Defense Course was designed to build on the developing shooters execution of the fundamentals and safety rules in an environment outside the classic square range.
