Don’t just shoot — train to win. This intensive one-on-one private rifle course is built for shooters who want professional, customized instruction that goes far beyond static range plinking. Whether you’re solidifying your fundamentals or pushing advanced skills, Tactical U designed this course adapts to your level so you walk away with a personalized plan for success. Level 1 and Level 2 rifle classes are also available, depending on your experience level. 

You’ll train directly with certified law enforcement and SWAT instructors who will break bad habits, refine your technique, and teach you how to move, reload, clear malfunctions, and engage effectively — not just stand and shoot.

    • Break down stance, grip, and mechanical understanding with dry drills and corrections.

    • Drill reloads, stoppage clearance, and transitions until they become second nature.

    • Combine live-fire accuracy with realistic movement and situational awareness.

    • Train mental resilience and decisive action under pressure.
  • Personalized Debrief & Homework
    • Receive a tailored assessment with dry-drill homework for continued growth.
Firearm safety techniques and training

SETUP & REQUIREMENTS

  • Location: Homestead Training Center
  • Time: 4 hours (by appointment only)
  • Level: Beginner to advanced — session tailored to your skill level
  • Firearms: Functional AR-15 platform in any caliber except .22LR; PCCs accepted; other rifles evaluated case by case
  • Ammo: 400 rounds carbine; 100 rounds handgun (if including transitions)
  • Iron Sights: required; optics allowed as backup but not a substitute for iron fundamentals
  • Sling: properly set up sling mandatory; gear failures result in sidelining
  • Tools & Maintenance: bring tools for all screws, mounts, and optics; cleaning supplies and bore brush highly recommended
  • Risk Notice: participation is at your own risk; enrollment acknowledges inherent dangers of advanced live-fire training

WHAT TO BRING

  • Functional AR or PCC with sling
    Handgun and OWB holster (optional but recommended)
  • 400 rounds rifle ammo, 100 rounds handgun ammo
  • Four working magazines for rifle; two for handgun
  • Ear and eye protection (electronic preferred)
  • Clothing for strenuous activity (no shorts, tank tops, or open-toe shoes)
  • Tools, cleaning supplies, bore brush
  • Snacks, hydration, and a meal
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • An open mind
