What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to information Tactical U collects through this website, online forms, class inquiries, scheduling, waivers, email, text messages, calls, CRM records, and related training operations.
It does not replace the Tactical U training agreement, liability waiver, payment terms, or range rules. Those documents control their own subjects. The current waiver page is available at tacticalu.com/waiver/.
Information Tactical U Collects
Payment Information
Payment card, bank, and account details are handled by the merchant provider, payment processor, bank, or payment service used for the transaction.
Tactical U does not store full credit card numbers, bank account numbers, CVV codes, payment login credentials, or similar payment details in its website or local CRM.
Tactical U may keep limited business records such as amount paid, date, payment status, invoice or order reference, and processor confirmation so classes can be scheduled, reconciled, disputed if needed, and handled for accounting or tax purposes.
Government ID Checks
Tactical U may ask a student to show valid government-issued photo identification at check-in to confirm identity and eligibility for training.
Tactical U does not store driver-license numbers or license ID numbers in the website, waiver page, or local CRM.
Waiver And Student Records
Firearms training requires safety, eligibility, emergency-contact, and waiver records. Tactical U uses these records to confirm who is attending, understand safety disclosures, document required acknowledgments, and preserve signed training records.
Medical disclosure notes are used for training safety, emergency response, and participation decisions. They are not used for marketing.
Signed waivers and related records may be stored with trusted systems such as the website form system, CRM, Google Workspace or Drive, eSignature tools, and backup storage.
