Refund & Rescheduling Policy
This page explains Tactical U’s refund, cancellation, missed-class, no-show, and rescheduling terms for group classes and private training.

Final Sale Policy
All group class and private lesson bookings are final sale. Tactical U reserves instructor time, range coordination, class capacity, administrative work, equipment planning, and training resources when a booking is accepted.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed classes, or no-shows.
- Failure to attend a scheduled class or lesson does not create a refund entitlement.
- Payment disputes, invoices, checkout payments, and deposits remain subject to the Payment Terms & Conditions.
One Courtesy Reschedule
Tactical U offers a one-time courtesy reschedule if the student notifies Tactical U by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or lesson.
- The reschedule request must be sent before the 48-hour cutoff.
- Rescheduled sessions must be completed within six (6) months of the original booking date.
- Class availability, instructor availability, range availability, and course fit may affect available reschedule dates.
- A student who misses the rescheduled session may lose the booking unless Tactical U approves an emergency exception.
Medical Emergency Exception
A second reschedule or refund request will only be considered if there is a documented medical emergency.
- Valid documentation, such as a doctor’s note, must be submitted within five (5) business days of the missed session.
- Approval of any emergency exception is at the sole discretion of Tactical U.
- Emergency exceptions are reviewed case by case and do not create an automatic refund or second reschedule.
Relationship To The Training Waiver
The Tactical U Agreement and Liability Waiver is the master legal training document. This refund and rescheduling policy supports that waiver and explains the booking-policy side of the student relationship.
Students should review the waiver, payment terms, and privacy/student records policy before training.
How To Request A Reschedule
Email Tactical U with your name, class or lesson, original booking date, reason for the request, and preferred replacement dates. Do not send medical details beyond what is needed to document an emergency exception.
