He founded Tactical U in Fort Lauderdale in 2010. His instruction covers technical weapon handling, decision-making under stress, and the legal framework that governs every defensive situation in Florida. Every course is taught personally by Stephen Cohen. No guest instructors, no assistants running drills while the head instructor watches.
